Rancho Cucamonga, CA, April 6, 2009 – Universal Surveillance Systems (USS Corp.) has appointed retail loss prevention industry professional Rod Holm as Vice President of Business Development. “Rod’s extensive knowledge in retail Loss Prevention will serve USS well as it continues to expand as the industry’s fastest growing retail security company,” said Adel Sayegh, President and CEO of Universal Surveillance Systems. “We are very pleased to add someone with Rod Holm’s industry knowledge, expertise, and reputation to our core leadership group.”
Holm will provide a senior leadership role and increase Universal’s ability to provide innovative loss prevention solutions to the retail industry. He will oversee Universal’s Business Development functions worldwide and will be based at the company’s Southern California headquarters.
Holm has worked for major retailers such as Limited Brands, Express, Marshall’s, Target, and Bath and Body Works for the past thirty years as Vice President, Director, and Regional Director for Loss Prevention. He began his career in Loss Prevention after earning a Bachelors Degree of Science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
