Ben Dugan from Walgreens to Cover “An Investigator’s Perspective of ORC” at January 30th StopORC Webinar
Rancho Cucamonga, CA – January 20, 2014 – The January StopORC Webinar will feature Ben Dugan, Investigations Supervisor, Organized Retail Crime Division, Walgreens, who will present “An Investigator’s Perspective of ORC” on Thursday, January 30th at 12 pm PST. The webinar will provide a “real world,” street-level perspective on what works in ORC investigations. Dugan will draw on his vast ORC investigative experience in numerous retail environments to present practical ideas and practices that can be adapted to other ORC programs. Dugan has over 25 years’ experience in retail loss prevention ranging from big box, catalog, drug store and specialty retailers. Prior to joining Walgreens where he currently covers the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico, he was the National Investigator for Sears Holdings Corporation. Before beginning his career in retail, Ben spent six years in the Criminal Investigations Division of the Military Police. He was recently named the 2013 Investigator of the Year by the National Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail.
