Government Relations

USS is committed to understanding legislation that affects retailers, and is monitoring much of what goes before Congress and the Administration.
 
USS also works with individual retail associations nationally to keep up to date and to support legislation by state.  The USS team regularly analyzes proposed laws and regulations and will also be testifying before committees and agencies. We will also work with lobbyists to help educate the government about retailing and retailer concerns and the issues that surround them, especially those concerning Organized Retail Crime.
